How to Activate the Chrome Extension

  1. Visit the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click on the "Add to Chrome" button to install the Revise extension.
  3. Confirm the installation when prompted.
  4. Once installed, click the Revise icon in your browser’s toolbar to activate the extension after logging in.

How to Use Revise

Text Selection

  1. Highlight the text you want to improve on any webpage.
  2. Click the Revise button once your text is selected or available in your clipboard.
  3. The Revise interface will open—apply any modifiers or suggestions, then click "Rewrite".
  4. Click your chosen revision to apply it to your text, or copy it for use elsewhere.

Using Revise with Google Docs or Uneditable Text

  1. In Google Docs, Word Online, or any platform with non-editable text, highlight the content you wish to refine.
  2. Copy the selected text using right-click → Copy or the keyboard shortcut Ctrl +C (Windows) or ⌘ +C (Mac).
  3. Open the "Create" menu in your Google Docs interface and select the Revise option.
  4. Your copied text will load into the Revise interface, ready for AI-powered enhancements.
  5. Once you’re satisfied with the revisions, copy the updated text and paste it back into your document.
